At Marilex Diamonds, every order is prepared with exceptional care and attention to detail. Many of our pieces are made to order, custom-created, or specially sourced, and shipping timelines may vary accordingly.

Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days following order confirmation.

Made-to-Order & Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry, made-to-order pieces, engagement rings, wedding bands, and specially sourced gemstone or diamond projects generally require 3–8 weeks for production prior to shipment.

Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and project specifications.

Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers and include:

  • Fully insured shipping

  • Tracking information

  • Secure packaging

For higher-value purchases, a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Marilex Diamonds is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Marilex Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs processing

  • Labor disruptions

  • Acts of God

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery estimates should be considered approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of Loss

Responsibility for purchased items transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Customers are encouraged to inspect all packages promptly upon receipt.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the item

Our team will review the matter and assist with the next steps.

International Orders

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Marilex Diamonds is not responsible for delays related to customs clearance.
