Order Processing

Because each piece is made to order, production times vary depending on the design and complexity of your purchase.

Estimated production timelines are provided on each product page and may range from 2 to 4 weeks. Custom designs, engagement rings, and special orders may require additional time.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer fully insured shipping while in transit within the United States on all orders.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Marilex Diamonds ships within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding services, or hotels.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, production schedules and shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.

Marilex Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Once an order enters production, shipping addresses cannot be changed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@marilexdiamonds.com.

Marilex Diamonds is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
